Services:

· We specialize in the placement (permanent/ temporary) of au pairs, child minders/ nannies/ domestics, babysitters and all pre – school staff.

· We serve families and au pairs/ child minders/ nannies etc. in Johannesburg, as well as in the wider Gauteng area.

· Our mission is to offer you the best, most carefully selected, trained, dedicated and reliable candidates available, to take excellent care of your children in your absence, in the comfort of their own comfortable surroundings.

Registration & Placement process:

· Registration is FREE of charge for both families and au pairs!

· Once we have received your completed “Family Questionnaire”, as well as the signed “Agency Agreement”, we can proceed with the placement process.

· We then forward you the resumes of suitable candidates and you inform us of which candidates you would like to meet.

· Au Pair Abuzz schedules all interviews, which usually takes place at the family’s residence, unless preferred elsewhere.

· The client the selects the most suitable candidate, where after we finalize the placement.

Au Pair Remuneration:

· Au Pair salaries can vary from R2500 p.m. half day – R12000 p.m. full day, depending on childcare qualifications, relevant experience, duties expected, hours worked and number of children cared for.

· Petrol is either remunerated extra, at R2.20 – R3.00 per kilometer, included in the salary or paid as a fixed amount.

· Nannies/ child minders salaries vary from R1800 – R4000 p.m. also depending on a number of factors, such as duties expected, working hours etc.

Our fees:

Au Pair Abuzz charges a once – off placement fee, which is 10% of the annual salary. We also offer a 3 month ‘Free Replacement Period’.
